Terms and Conditions
- 100% of payment is made on site by cash, card, holiday vouchers, or check (except for group and long-stay bookings).
- The card numbers provided for the reservation are only a guarantee of commitment; they are only used in the event of late cancellation or dispute, except for groups or long-stay bookings (see below).
- The amounts quoted are gross room rates. They do not include tourist taxes (except during current stays) and extras (breakfast, etc.). The amount is expressed inclusive of VAT.

Special conditions for groups (3 rooms or more) or long-stay bookings (4 nights or more)
A fixed fee applies, whether a cancellation is made or not:
- 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount for the accommodation(s) will be charged, with no refund.
- 3 days before the arrival date the remaining 50% of the total amount for the accommodation(s) will be charged without the possibility of reimbursement.

Modification Conditions
- The reservation can be modified upon request, subject to availability.

Cancellation Conditions (except for groups and long stays)
- No payment up to 6 days before the arrival date.

- Between 5 and 3 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total reservation amount will be due.
- Between 2 and 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount for the first night will be due.
- For stays of multiple nights, the full amount is due in the event of early departure during the stay.
